Answer
·  What is our shipping policy?

Upon receiving your payment/s, we will expeditiously ship your order. We provide delivery by normal mail (registered) and courier service. Please note that delivery charges will vary if you decide to use the courier service. Please call us if you prefer this alternative shipping option and we will requote you.

We endeavour to pack each item(s) under the best packaging condition possible from the time we receive the items in its original condition. However, we can't guarantee the condition once the items have left our premises. The items will now be subjected to the handling of the postal or courier company/s. We encourage all customers to take additional insurance coverage for each delivery. No refund or compensation claim/s shall be entertained.

If you do not receive your order within 5 days after our notification of shipment, please contact us so that we can assist you in tracing the whereabouts of your order.

For Pre-Order items, the quantity and shipping dates are merely estimates. It is subjected to availability and shipping schedule from our supplier. We also do not guarantee we will be able to fulfill all orders. We will endevour to notify all customers of any short orders.

·  How do I pay for my order(s)?

Pay for your purchase(s) - including shipping cost, via the following options:

1) Deposit into our Maybank Account (via the counter or ATM machine)
 
Steps are as follows:-
 
i) Make payment payable to ACG Systems Sdn Bhd
ii) Bank Account Number: 514329126592
iii) Bank Name: Malayan Banking Berhad, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

2) Payment by Credit Card (currently not in operation)

Steps are as follows:-

i) During the “Check-out” process, you will see a screen displaying your Invoice, what you need to do is:-
* Under Payment Options, select Credit Card; and
*
Click on the “Finalise Purchase” button (located at the bottom of the screen).

ii)  You will now be directed into a new screen, click on the “Process Credit Card” button.

iii) You will now be directed into a new screen, what you need to do here is:-

Fill in your credit card details;
*
 
When finished, click on the “Process Payment” button (located at the bottom of the screen)  

[Note: You may be re-routed back to this screen if you have not done filled in your card details correctly]

In the event, you are still unable to executed payment using your credit card, kindly e-mail us for a step-by-step guide on the payment process.

3) Payment by Cheque (Malaysia Only) 

Cheque(s) to be made payable to ACG Systems Sdn Bhd and mailed to the following address :

·  Can I cancel my order after payment is made?

Once payment is made for an order, no refunds / cancellations will be entertained. Refunds (at our discretion) will only be made if the items ordered are out of stocks.
Pre-Order items are not guaranteed orders. In the event of unavailability of any Pre-Order items, we will endevour to refund any payments made once we confirmed that the said items are no longer available. Kindly e-mail us for further clarification or if the shipments of Pre-Order items are delayed.

·  How long does it take for my order to be processed?

As soon as your payment is cleared / received, we will ship the order(s) to you. Normal delivery time is 1 - 5 days (depending on choice of delivery option selected or location of customer). ACG Systems Sdn Bhd will not be held liable to loss or damages to any of the items ordered from us. This will be at buyer's risk!
